What happens after I send the form?
I receive your enquiry by email and reply within one business day – usually faster. The first chat is a 30-minute call where I ask about your situation, goals, and timeline. No commitment, no upfront fee.
Is there any cost to use you?
No. Lenders pay my commission when your loan settles, at no cost to you and no impact on your interest rate. The only situation where a fee could apply is unusual repayment scenarios – full detail on our Important Information page.
What information should I have ready?
Nothing for the first chat – turn up with your situation and questions, that’s enough. If we move forward, I’ll send a checklist covering ID, income, expenses, and existing debts. Most clients have everything ready within a few days.
I’m not sure if I’m ready – should I still get in touch?
Absolutely. Some of my best long-term clients started with “I’m just exploring” calls 6-12 months before they were ready to buy. Early conversations help you make better decisions when the time comes.
